Dr. Rossi graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 1998 with a B.A. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with Honors in 2003 from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Following his osteopathic internship at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, West Virginia, Dr. Rossi completed his general surgery residency at West Virginia University Hospital in 2009. He then pursued a colorectal surgery fellowship at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, completing his training in 2010.

Dr. Rossi began his practice in colorectal surgery at Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania before joining Alaska Colorectal Surgery in July 2014. He is a board-certified colorectal surgeon with a dedication to providing advanced, patient-centered care.
